 Benue Governor Claims Foreign Terrorists Behind Deadly Attacks Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has alleged that the perpetrators of recent deadly attacks in the state are not Nigerians, describing them as foreign nationals speaking unfamiliar languages and exhibiting non-Nigerian characteristics. The governor made the remarks on Tuesday following a wave of violence that has killed scores and displaced many in the North-Central state. Speaking on the identity of the attackers, Governor Alia emphasized the need to clarify the nature of the threat. “We know Nigerians—by our ethnicities, we can identify a Fulani, Yoruba, or Hausa man. Even traditional herders, we know them, herding with sticks,” he said. “But these attackers come fully armed with AK-47s and 49s.  No arrests have been made in a startling Georgia quadruple homicide that left 4 female family members deceased; including a 2-year-old girl who had been placed in the home after be taken from her mother for neglect. However, a person of interest has been identified.  Police in Perry, Georgia stumbled onto a chilling scene while performing a welfare check at a home at the Westwood trailer park. There is no report on the initial call that led to the welfare check however police involvement uncovered a grisly quadruple homicide. Once inside of the home, officers found the deceased bodies of 3 women and a 2-year-old child. The adult victims were all family members and lived in the home where the child had been placed.  In a bold move to address Japan’s deepening demographic crisis, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government has introduced a four-day workweek for its employees.  This initiative is aimed at promoting work-life balance and encouraging higher birth rates, particularly as Japan faces a declining population and ageing society. Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike announced the policy as part of broader reforms to support working parents and modernize employment practices in the face of long-standing gender inequality and falling fertility rates. Alongside the shorter workweek, the government has also launched a “childcare partial leave” scheme. Speaking at a dinner hosted in his honour by the Abia State Government on Friday at the Government House in Umuahia, Obasanjo stated that the nation is richly endowed but continues to suffer as a result of the mismanagement of its resources.  TikToker calls out Tobi Adegboyega over alleged AI luxurious content Founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church (SPAC) Nation, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega, has been accused of using artificial intelligence (AI) to fake his luxury lifestyle. A TikToker named #ihatebenn_ claimed that Adegboyega’s video of him stepping into a £580,000 Lamborghini Revuelto was AI-generated, pointing out suspicious visual elements. The TikToker wrote Adegboyega was a “new generation scammer” and implied that he was deceiving his followers. He said: “Pastor Tobi is the new generation scammer AI generated Man dem lol.” But Adegboyega responded to the accusation, dismissing the claims and stating that he didn’t need to use AI or editing to showcase his wealth. In a statement by Onyema on Saturday in Lagos, he expressed concern over the recent discovery of the act by a social media activist, VeryDarkMan.
