 An Arkansas woman and her two children were found deceased in their home one day after her final divorce hearing. The man she divorced is a former Central Illinois physician. He was formerly employed as a physician at a Carle Clinic in Mattoon, Illinois.  Beautiful 40-year-old Charity Beallis had been telling anyone who would listen that she did not feel safe in the weeks and months leading up to her untimely death. Charity had been in the process of leaving her husband Randall after a February 2025 severe domestic violence incident.  After the assault, Charity had split with Randall and was not only seeking a divorce, but also full custody of her children. Randall was facing a litany of charges in connection to that February incident; however he would ultimately only be convicted of one count of third-degree battery.  ANAMBRA SECURITY: POLICE-LED JOINT SECURITY TEAM DISRUPTS MAJOR SUPPLY NETWORK OF FOOD AND OTHER LOGISTICS FOR A SECESSIONIST-LINKED CRIMINAL GROUP, ARRESTS TWO MEMBERS OF THE SYNDICATE AND RECOVERS FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION


The Police-Led Joint Security Team comprising Operatives from Rapid Response Squad, Awkuzu and Agunechemba, acting on credible intelligence in the early hours of 11th December 2025, arrested two suspects, who are members of the syndicate responsible for providing food and other essential logistics to a criminal group linked to secessionist activities within the Camp located around Orsumoghu and Aguluezechukwu. The Operatives also recovered one (1) Type 06 rifle with ten (10) rounds of live ammunition, two (2) pump-action guns, and twenty (20) live cartridges.


The suspects include Mmadubuchi Ike ‘M’, 28 years old and Chinonso Izunobi ‘M’, 34 years old respectively. Upon interrogation, information linked the suspects' involvement in serious offences, including the murder of a youth leader popularly known as “Biggy” in Ukpor and series of kidnapping incidents across the State.


To this end, the Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc mnips PhD assures the public that intensive investigation is ongoing to identify and apprehend additional members of the syndicate now at large. 


The Command remains fully committed to ensuring the safety and security of all communities across the State, especially during this festive period.
