INDIA: IN A SHOCKING INCIDENT, ALL 72 STUDENTS FROM BIDYAPARA GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL IN DHUBRI FAILED THE 2025 HIGH SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE (HSLC) EXAMINATION. (PHOTO)

In a shocking incident, all 72 students from Bidyapara Girls High School in Dhubri failed the 2025 High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination.

The headmaster and academic in-charge, Mohammad Ikbal Zulfikar Khandakar, confirmed the news and expressed deep concern over the results. This has caused disappointment among parents, local residents, and education officials.

The complete failure has raised serious questions about the quality of education at the school. People are now demanding answers about the school’s teaching methods, infrastructure, and student support systems. “This is a moment of deep shock and reflection. We must immediately assess what went wrong,” said Headmaster Khandakar. He also asked the education department to step in and improve the school’s academic standards.

Parents and locals are worried about the future of the students. Such a poor result not only affects the students’ confidence but also points to bigger problems in the education system. Authorities are planning to visit the school soon to investigate the situation and suggest steps for improvement.

The overall pass percentage in Assam this year was 63.98 per cent. However, Dhubri district showed a lower success rate, with only 54.89 per cent of students passing. The result of Bidyapara Girls High School has further added to concerns about the district’s education performance.
