The royal couple made several stops at markets and independent vendors, sampling local goods and even stepping behind the counter to lend a hand.  Coffee was poured, cheese and fruit crumbles were served, and plenty of smiles were exchanged with curious onlookers. One particularly charming moment unfolded during a conversation about honey.  TCN BEGINS CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 330kV TURN-IN TURN-OUT TRANSMISSION LINE; IHOVBOR - AJAOKUTA


The Transmission Company of Nigeria TCN, says it is  constructing a new 330kV turn-in turn-Out transmission line at Ihovbor Work Centre, involving the stringing of the Ihovbor–Ajaokuta transmission line.


TCN in a statement states that the project will enhance its capacity to evacuate more power from the Azura Power Plant and the NIPP Power Plant to transmission substations across the national grid. 


It will also improve transmission channels, provide additional capacity, and strengthen the reliability of bulk power supply.


Upon completion, the two lines will enhance the capacity of the Ihovbor transmission substation.
