Tia Mowry has revealed she’s happily in love again, three years after her split from Cory Hardrict.
In a March 14 interview with The Shade Room, the Sister, Sister alum shared the news but kept details private, saying she wanted to hold this new relationship close to her heart.
Still, she admitted she feels “grateful” and “happy,” signaling a fresh chapter in her personal life.
The 47-year-old actress previously described herself as a single mom, noting the challenges of raising her children Cree, 14, and Cairo, 7, largely on her own after the 2022 separation.
In past posts, she acknowledged feelings of guilt and shame about her family looking different from others, but emphasized that traditions and love remain central.
For her, the decision to leave the marriage was about prioritizing self-love and showing her kids the importance of choosing happiness.
Mowry has spoken openly about the difficulty of ending her 14-year marriage, but also about the empowerment that came from focusing on her own worth.
She explained that women often put others’ needs first, yet her journey taught her to value herself.
Now, with a new romance, she appears to be embracing joy while continuing to balance motherhood and her career, offering a candid example of resilience and renewal.
