Chuck Norris’ family has spoken out to set the record straight after false claims about the circumstances of his death began circulating online.
The martial arts legend passed away at age 86 on March 20, with his loved ones confirming he died peacefully surrounded by family following a medical emergency in Kauai, Hawaii.
However, misleading AI-generated videos and posts quickly spread, speculating about his health history and family dynamics.
In a statement shared on Instagram, the Norris family firmly denied those rumors, stressing that “these claims are entirely untrue” and urging fans not to believe or share information unless it comes directly from them or an official representative.
They thanked supporters for keeping the family in their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
Norris had just celebrated his 86th birthday days before his passing, posting a video of himself boxing and joking, “I don’t age, I level up.”
His death prompted an outpouring of tributes to his decades-long career, from his breakout role in Walker, Texas Ranger to appearances in films like Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story and The Expendables 2.
For fans, he remains a symbol of strength and resilience, while his family remembers him as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
