Ex-Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson Excluded from Royals' Easter Gathering After Attending Last Year Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson were notably absent from this year’s royal Easter gathering, just a year after joining the family for the same tradition. King Charles led senior members of the royal family to the Easter Mattins service on Sunday, April 5, at St George’s Chapel within Windsor Castle. The annual outing, a long-standing royal custom, saw family members arrive for the church service, but Andrew and Ferguson were nowhere to be seen. Their absence comes as both have largely remained out of the public eye in recent months, with renewed scrutiny surrounding past controversies.  Fubara Congratulates Nigerians At Easter; Preaches Love, Forgiveness  And Reconciliation


Rivers State governor Siminalayi Fubara,  has extended  warm felicitations to the people of Rivers State, enjoining them to  imbibe the virtues of sacrifice,  reconciliation and unity as Christians celebrate the feast of Easter. 


In a goodwill message to commemorate the feast, Governor Fubara urged residents of the state to emulate Jesus Christ whose sacrifice on the Cross of Calvary, brought forgiveness and  reconciliation to mankind.


The governor in a statement by his,

Chief Press Secretary  Onwuka Nzeshi described Easter as a sacred  season where Christians are expected to promote peace, unity, and love.


He also prayed that the Easter  season  brings joy, hope, and renewal to Rivers State and Nigeria.


Governor Fubara extoled  the resilience of the Christian community and reiterated his  unwavering commitment to delivering good governance to the entire people of Rivers State. 


He encouraged the  people to continue to support his administration  and the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda, emphasising  that progress can only be achieved through collective efforts and unity of purpose.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
