EASTER CELEBRATION: LASCOPA CAUTIONS RESIDENTS ON FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION, UNSAFE PRACTICES The Lagos State Government, through the Consumer Protection Agency (LASCOPA), has issued a strong advisory to Lagos residents as the Easter festivities approach, urging consumers to exercise caution and vigilance in their transactions to avoid exploitation and unsafe practices. A statement signed by the General Manager, Lagos State Consumer Protection Agency, Afolabi Solebo Esq., advised Lagosians to be mindful of the increased commercial activities typically associated with the festive period, which often come with risks such as price inflation, sale of substandard, expired or hazardous products, and misleading promotional offers.
