 Hannah Harper won ‘American Idol’ and fans have a lot to say Season 24 of American Idol concluded with Hannah Harper crowned as the winner on May 11, after months of competition and weekly performances.  The finale featured Harper, Keyla Richardson, and Jordan McCullough battling for the top spot, with judges Carrie Underwood, Luke Bryan, and Lionel Richie offering feedback and global stars delivering memorable performances.  While Keyla finished in third place, the final showdown between Hannah and Jordan ended with Hannah taking home the championship title. Fans quickly celebrated the result online, praising Hannah’s talent and authenticity.  EFCC Arraigns Man for N7.6m Fraud in Maiduguri


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, arraigned one Danladi Mohammed, before Justice Umaru Fadawu of the Borno State High Court, on one count charge of criminal misappropriation to the tune of N7,600,000.00 (Seven Million and Six Hundred Thousand Naira).


The defendant pleaded “not guilty” to the charge.


Counsel for the prosecution, S.O Saka who appeared alongside V.O Ekanem and A.A Ayenshola asked for a date to commence trial.


Justice Fadawu adjourned the case till May 8, 9 and 10, 2023 for the commencement of trial and ordered the remand of the defendant.
