 Governor Alex Otti Highlights How Kidnappers, Bandits Were Dislodged from Abia Communities in Abia Third Anniversary Speech Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has disclosed that his administration inherited a security crisis in which kidnappers, armed robbers, and other criminal gangs held several communities hostage before being dislodged through sustained operations. Speaking during his third anniversary celebration at the Umuahia Township Stadium on Friday, Governor Otti revealed that bandits had established camps inside forests across the state, from where they launched attacks on innocent residents, causing panic and displacement. “Security was a major challenge in the state three years ago. AN INDIANA EMT HAS BEEN ARRESTED AFTER A 14-YEAR-OLD GIRL COMES FORWARD WITH THE STORY OF HER HORRIBLE AMBULANCE TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE.(PHOTO).

 An Indiana EMT has been arrested after a 14-year-old girl comes forward with the story of her horrible ambulance transportation experience. He sought a second victim after the 14-year-old.

37-year-old, Ronald Elliot, is facing serious charges after a teen shared details of a transport he worked in Febuary of 2025.


The teen came forward on March 16th and told investigators with the Indiana State Police that Ronald had forced s*xual contact while transporting her to a medical center in Bloomington, Indiana.


The victim told investigators that Ronald began showing her inappropriate videos and images. Some images and videos were of Ronald.


Ronald then allegedly moved on to exposing himself and groping the 14-year-old victim. Sadly, the teen said  Ronald ultimately forcibly S/A'ed her during the transport. 


Following the S/A, Ronald let the victim use his phone and nicotine vape. While using Robert's phone, the victim logged into her Instagram and forgot to log out. 


Shockingly, Ronald used this mistake to locate and lure in a second victim. He began messaging a 13-year-old girl claiming to be an 18-year-old. 


Investigators interviewed Ronald back in March. At that time, Ronald admitted to letting the victim use his vape and phone. However, he denied having any sexual contact with the victim. He claimed any n*de images she may have seen, "would have been an accident".


Investigators continued looking into the case and eventually uncovered corroborating evidence on both the victims' Instagram accounts and Ronald's phone. 


This led to a warrant being issued and the arrest of Ronald Elliot on Thursday, May 28th. 

Ronald is being held in Delaware County Jail without bond.


Ronald worked for Quest ambulatory services and there has been no information released about the co-worker or co-workers that would have been in the ambulance at the same time. 


He is charged with inappropriate communication with a child, child s*l*citation, vicarious s****l gratification, child seduction, s*****l misconduct with a minor.
