 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 34 KILLED IN GUINEA BEACH CONCERT HELD TO MARK THE END OF RAMADAN.

            There was a rap concert held yesterday in Guinea beach to mark the end of Ramadan,in Conakry.Hundreds of people gathered at the Donka hospital in the capital to visit the injured and identify the dead.Their were 34 bodiesin the morgue but eye witnesses saw 3 children dead bodies.The list of the injured keep growing ,the oldest among them can't be more than 20.There were also young girls among them.Witnesses said ''The event was attended by up to 10,000 people,mostly children and youths ,who came to see popular local rap groups Banlieuzart and Instinct Killers.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
