 FIRST SOUTHEAST SCRABBLE CHAMPIONSHIP KICKS OFF IN IN UMUAHIA  The first Southeast Scrabble Championship has officially commenced in Umuahia, with top players from across the Southeast converging for the competition aimed at sharpening skills ahead of upcoming national events. The Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Sir Nwaobilor Ananaba commended the participants for their focus and determination in the games. The Commissioner, represented by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Mrs. Jane Igwe encouraged participants to see the competition as more than just a contest. “The players are focused and determined to win. Scrabble is a mind game, and I’m impressed by their level of thinking. "It’s not only about winning. It’s also an opportunity to build friendships, connect with others," Sir Ananaba stated. TWO GIRLS WEARING EXPLOSIVE VESTS,WERE SHOT DOWN BY SECURITY FORCES IN CAMEROON TODAY.

                 Today monday security forces armed guns and arrows killed two young women wearing explosive vests in a north Cameroon town,in which they are suspected to be Boko Haram members.The would be suicide bombers,described as adolescent girls,entered Kolofata just before dawn.Witnesses said ''The first suicide bomber {kamikaze} exploded near my house...When she entered,the local vigilance committee fired an arrow at her head and she set off her bomb.The other young woman was shot by special forces,known by their French initials BIR''.There were no reports of anyone else being killed or wounded in the town about 6 miles from the Nigerian border.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
