MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEE HAD HER HEAD STOMPED BY A GROWN MAN. (PHOTOS).

Florissant, Missouri teenage McDonald's employee has head stomped in by a grown man.

The incident began on April 8th when the group that the assailant was with were being obnoxious while ordering food at the drive through. Because of their unruly behavior, staff informed the suspect, 25-year-old Johnny Ricks, that he would have to order his food inside of the restaurant.

At this point, Johnny Ricks became extremely aggressive and combative with staff. Once inside, he spit on employees and began destroying McDonald's property.

Staff members, including the 15-year-old victim Aryiah Lynch, attempted to escort the unruly patron from the establishment.  It was at this point that her harrowing ordeal was caught on video.

In released footage you can see Johnny Ricks dragging the 15-year-old Lynch by her braids across the lot. He then struck her multiple times in the face before stomping her head into the pavement twice.

The vicious attack left Lynch with a skull fracture, frontal lobe damage, a concussion and multiple lacerations. The teen underwent a successful surgery and was released from the hospital last week.

Ricks has been arrested on felony assault and property damage.

What are your thoughts on this senseless act of violence? Are Ricks' charges appropriate or should he face more serious charges such as attempted second degree homicide?
