I Was in the Valley of Elah, Where David Defeated Goliath. The Very Brook is Still There - Benny Hinn

Popular Israeli Televangelist Pastor Benny Hinn shared his remarkable experience of visiting the Valley of Elah, the historic site where the biblical battle between David and Goliath took place in a recent YouTube video sermon.

Pastor Hinn emphasized the powerful connection between the Bible and history, highlighting that fulfilled prophecy serves as undeniable evidence of the divine origin of Scripture.

"Fulfilled prophecy is the clearest, most conclusive evidence that the Bible is the revelation of God Almighty," Pastor Hinn said. "Hundreds of Bible prophecies have already become history. Events in history were pre-written in Bible prophecy."

He went on to explain how prophecy can be seen as "history written in advance," further solidifying the Bible's credibility as a divine text.

Reflecting on his visit to the Holy Land, Pastor Hinn described the lasting impact of standing in places where biblical events unfolded.

"I was in the Valley of Elah, where David defeated Goliath. The very brook is still there. You can pick up one of the stones from the brook—it’s still there," he shared. "You see the hills on both sides." This firsthand experience allowed him to connect with the biblical narrative in a profound and personal way.

Pastor Hinn also pointed to other significant sites in Israel, such as the Pool of Siloam and the steps leading to the Temple Mount, which continue to be sources of discovery.

They are finding amazing things today, even the names of individuals on coins mentioned in the Bible," he said, underscoring the ongoing connection between the Scriptures and real-world history
