90 Day Fiancé star Thais Ramone’s domestic battery charge has been dismissed just days after her arrest in Nevada. The 29-year-old was taken into custody on May 22, the same day her husband Patrick Mendes filed for divorce after four years of marriage.
By May 24, prosecutors dropped the misdemeanor charge, and Ramone released a statement through her representative saying she was focusing on her family and moving forward “with grace.”
She emphasized that the dismissal spoke for itself and that she had no interest in fueling public negativity.
Ramone’s rep described her as a devoted mother whose priority is raising her daughter, Aleesi, and protecting her peace during this difficult time.
On social media, Ramone appeared to be handling the split with resilience, sharing photos of herself and her three-year-old daughter while thanking fans for their support.
Though she looked upbeat in most posts, one image showed her teary-eyed, reflecting the emotional toll of the breakup. She also highlighted her fitness routine, posting workout selfies and affirming her focus on self-care.
Meanwhile, Mendes’ divorce filing seeks sole legal and physical custody of Aleesi, claiming she has been living with him since early May. He is not requesting spousal or child support.
The couple, who first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé in 2022 and later on Happily Ever After, are also set to feature in the upcoming season of The Last Resort, which will document their attempt at couples therapy.
Despite the dropped charge, the split marks a dramatic turn in their reality TV journey, with custody now at the center of their separation.
