David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown discuss their evolving relationship after 'Stranger Things'

Six months after Stranger Things wrapped, stars David Harbour and Millie Bobby Brown are reflecting on their relationship following rumors of tension during filming. Reports had suggested Brown filed a complaint against Harbour for harassment, but both actors now emphasize that their bond evolved over the decade they worked together.

Harbour explained to Variety that disagreements were natural after spending so many years portraying a father-daughter dynamic, but ultimately, they were able to resolve their differences.

Brown echoed this sentiment, noting how much she grew from Season 1 to Season 5 and how Harbour was present through all of it. She described their relationship as increasingly collaborative, with both pushing each other emotionally in scenes.

Despite the challenges, she expressed gratitude for the shared experience, saying it’s something she will always value even now that the series has ended.

Harbour added that the situation was simply a rupture-and-repair moment, stressing that once they spoke directly, everything was fine. He lamented how media often amplifies conflict, but insisted that he and Brown have always adored each other.

Both actors are now focused on new projects: Brown is set to star in Enola Holmes 3, while Harbour continues his work within the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
