 “One of my colleagues took the HIV prevention injection, Lenacapavir, and started experiencing this reaction shortly after” — Nigerian nurse A Nigerian nurse has shared a video showing the skin reaction she says one of her colleagues experienced after taking lenacapavir, an HIV prevention injection. The nurse, however, stressed that the reaction does not mean everyone who takes the injection will experience similar side effects, revealing that she and her roommate had also taken it without experiencing any adverse reactions. According to her, some medications can cause side effects or uncommon adverse reactions in certain people, which is why anyone taking the injection should be monitored by a healthcare professional. She advised people who experience any unusual signs or reactions after taking the injection to report them to the healthcare provider or facility where they received it.

 Heather Dubrow claps back at Vicki Gunvalson's 'leader of the pack' claims


Heather Dubrow has clarified that she never referred to herself as the “leader of the pack” on The Real Housewives of Orange County. She explained that before filming season 20, she sent Vicki Gunvalson a friendly text welcoming her back, but Vicki later claimed in a confessional that Heather had used the phrase to assert dominance. 


Heather dismissed the allegation as “crazy,” insisting she would never say such a thing and that her message was simply meant to be kind. The tension between the two surfaced during a July 16 episode, when Vicki suggested Heather had crowned herself leader while chatting with Tamra Judge. 


Vicki, who returned to the show after a six‑year break, corrected Heather’s supposed remark by declaring herself the true leader. Heather, however, pointed out that fans had voted her into that role during a poll on Watch What Happens Live, joking that “apparently, I am” the leader after receiving the majority of votes.


Reflecting on her time with the franchise, Heather admitted she always begins each season optimistic that it will be easier, only to find herself caught up in drama. She described herself as sensitive and prone to taking things personally, which often complicates her experience. 


While she doesn’t see herself as someone who has had a smooth season, Heather acknowledged that her personality plays a role in how events unfold, making her journey on RHOC consistently challenging yet authentic.
