  Woman c-ut her father's heart out during brutal murder A woman allegedly stabbed her father to death before removing his heart and placing it on his abdomen, according to police. Online jail records from the Porter County Sheriff’s Office show Serena Desiree Dolnics, 32, was booked into jail early Monday morning on a murder charge. Serena Dolnics, 32, was found covered in blood when police busted into the northwestern Indiana home where she allegedly butchered her 69-year-old father, Gregory Dolnics, who was found dead on the floor. Gregory Dolnics was found next to blood-spattered furniture with slash wounds to the head, face, back of the neck, and hands, and his heart, which had been carved out, was lying on his stomach, according to charging documents obtained by NWI. Police found the daughter in the house with slice wounds on her hands that she blamed on gardening tools.
