 Kim Jong Un tells North Koreans to 'turn their dogs into soup' during deadly heatwave North Koreans have been urged to eat dog soup as the country struggles to manage a brutal heatwave. A state newspaper in the country published an interview with one of the nation's top doctors that encouraged citizens to start making the highly controversial soup dish. Translated as "sweet meat soup", the article published in Rodong Sinmun describes the dish as offering North Koreans a "highly nutritious" food option that can help counter the symptoms of heat stroke, such as "cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and hyperthyroidism", according to the South China Morning Post.  Delta Governor’s Aide Offers Ex-Inmate Comfort Emmanson All-Expenses-Paid Trip, Job Opportunity


The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor, Mr. Ossai Ovie Success, has announced a generous package for Comfort Emmanson following her release from Kirikiri prison.


In a Wednesday Instagram post, Ossai revealed that Emmanson has been offered an all-expenses-paid trip to Delta State, dubbed the “Big Heart” and “Home of Global Tourism Hub.” The package includes flight tickets, accommodation in a five-star hotel, a guided tour, and a ticket to the Delta Social Media Summit scheduled for August 28 in Asaba.


Additionally, Ossai disclosed that a job opportunity with a monthly salary of N500,000 has been secured for Emmanson in Delta State. “I’d like to extend an invitation for her to visit Delta State and unwind after her release from Kirikiri prison. She won’t be disappointed as I will be giving her a good time,” he stated.


Ossai urged anyone in contact with Emmanson to encourage her to reach out to him directly via Instagram to facilitate the arrangements.
