That is the core message from the Awka Capital Territory Development Authority, ACTDA, as Anambra’s population grows. For ACTDA, housing planning is not just about putting up structures. It is about creating safe, affordable, and dignified communities with roads, water, electricity, drainage, schools, hospitals, markets, and security built in from the start.  Whitemoney reveals he pays 150 employees 5 years in advance


Big Brother Naija reality star and singer, Hazel Oyeze Onou, known as Whitemoney, has revealed that he employs 150 people and has paid their salaries up to five years in advance.

In a recent interview with Echoo Room, Whitemoney explained his approach, stating that paying his employees in advance reduces the hassle of monthly payments.

The host inquired, “I heard that you pay staff members a couple of years in advance; five years, three years in advance. Is this true?”

Whitemoney confirmed, “Yes, it’s true. I follow this system because it allows me to focus on other things. I’m involved in many activities and can easily get distracted. Currently, I have 150 staff members.”
