Investigation finds Southern California Edison equipment caused deadly Eaton Fire in Los Angeles  The 2025 Eaton Fire in Los Angeles County, which killed 19 people and destroyed or damaged more than 9,000 homes and businesses, was caused by equipment owned by Southern California Edison, according to fire officials. A report released by the Los Angeles County Fire Department concluded that the blaze began after electrical arcing from an out-of-service Edison transmission tower ignited the fire. Investigators said they spent 18 months reviewing evidence and consulting electrical and metallurgical experts before determining the cause. The Eaton Fire erupted on Jan. 7, 2025, alongside the devastating Palisades Fire and burned nearly 22 square miles before firefighters fully contained it weeks later. Southern California Edison has faced multiple lawsuits related to the fire and has argued that local agencies contributed to the disaster by failing to issue timely evacuation warning...

Diddy's Lawyer defends buying 1000 Bottles of baby oil to pass Homeland security raids

Sean Diddy Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifeloexplained why the rapper had such an enormous quantity of baby oil and lubricant bottles in his properties, which Homeland Security took earlier this year in raids. Sean Diddy Combs' lawyer Marc Agnifeloexplained why the rapper had such an enormous quantity of baby oil and lubricant bottles in his properties, which Homeland Security took earlier this year in raids.

In response to reports that authorities took close to 1,000 bottles of the products, Agnifelo said in an interview with TMZ that Combs might just buy his belongings in bulk for his big properties.

Agnes kept her count at 25 or fewer, while Agnifilo doubted the accuracy of that number, wondering aloud where the "thousand" came from, noting, "I don't know. I have yet to really find a purpose for any of it, quite honestly."

Adding with a chuckle, Agnifilo said, "Including, even one bottle of baby oil would last for a long time." When TMZ's Harvey Levin quipped that the bottles were probably used to host parties, Agnifilo jokingly replied, "I guess. I don't know what you need a thousand for.".

The lawyer further explained that Combs is one who owns several mansions, so he could well have bought these products from wholesale stores like Costco.

He supposed that people with big houses usually purchase items in large numbers; hence, buying in bulk was not at all out of the ordinary. Agnifilo pointed out that if you look at what people purchase at Costco, people leave there with monstrous quantities of many diverse items, to which Levin countered that seldom would you see somebody walk out with a thousand bottles of baby oil.

The bottles were uncovered in raids on Combs' homes in Miami and Los Angeles as part of an ongoing probe.
