 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. LASG POSTPONES Y2021 ENTRANCE EXAMINATION INTO MODEL COLLEGES, UPGRADED JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOLS.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE

The Lagos State Examinations Board has postponed the Y2021 Entrance Examination (Screening Test) into the State Model Colleges and Upgraded Junior Secondary Schools earlier scheduled to hold from Monday, June 28 to Saturday, July 3, 2021.


A release signed by the Director, Lagos State Examinations Board, Mr. Supo Gbadegesin, stated that the examination has now been rescheduled to hold from Thursday, 15th July to Monday, 19th July, 2021.


He reminded the Parents and Guardians of registered candidates that the examination would be conducted through the Computer-Based Testing method (CBT) only, advising they ensure that their children and wards are well acquainted with the usage of computers.


The Director implored all prospective candidates to take cognisance of the new dates and revisit the Lagos State Examinations Board Portal via: examsboard.lagosstate.gov.ng from Thursday, 1st July, 2021, to print out their Examination Slips for the details of the examination.


While informing the parents and children to adhere strictly to the laid down guidelines and safety protocols of COVID-19 during the conduct of the examination, Gbadegesin wished participants success in the examination.
