Man arrested after alleged burglary and car theft at Kim Kardashian’s California property A 27-year-old man was arrested Sunday after allegedly burglarizing a home owned by Kim Kardashian in Hidden Hills, California, and stealing a vehicle, authorities said. Deputies responded to the gated community near the San Fernando Valley around 3:45 p.m. after receiving a report of a burglary. The home is owned by Kardashian but is not her primary residence and is currently undergoing renovations. The stolen vehicle reportedly belonged to a member of Kardashian’s staff. Neither Kardashian nor her children were at the property when the incident occurred. Investigators reportedly received information that a man had been seen placing several items into a vehicle at the residence. The suspect was taken into custody and booked into Los Angeles County Jail on suspicion of burglary. The investigation remains ongoing. Kardashian, 45, has not publicly commented on the incident.  TROOPS NEUTRALIZE BANDITS’ AMBUSH, RECOVER AK-47 RIFLE IN PLATEAU


Troops of Operation ENDURING PEACE in Plateau state have recorded another operational success after foiling an ambush by suspected bandits during a follow-up operation in Langtang North Local Government Area of Plateau State.


The operation was launched following the confession of a suspected bandit who was arrested and interrogated by troops. Acting on the intelligence, troops escorted the suspect to Nwur Village to recover his hidden weapon.


While approaching the suspected hideout, the troops came under attack from members of the criminal syndicate. The troops responded with overwhelming firepower, neutralising one of the attackers as well as the arrested suspect who was caught in the ensuing firefight.


Following the encounter, troops exploited the area and recovered one AK-47 rifle, one AK-47 magazine and two rounds of 7.62mm Special ammunition abandoned by the fleeing criminals.


Troops have continued exploitation operations within the general area to track down and neutralise other members of the bandit syndicate. Operation ENDURING PEACE reaffirm its commitment to denying criminal elements freedom of action and ensuring the safety of law-abiding residents.
