Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein turns herself in over alleged interception of ex-husband’s communications “Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein turned herself in to Miami authorities after being accused of unlawfully intercepting communications involving her ex-husband, according to her attorney. She was booked and assigned a $5,000 bond, though her legal team says she will be released on her own recognizance. Her attorney argued the case stems from a contentious divorce dispute and should not be handled in criminal court. Court records show Hochstein and her former boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are each facing a felony charge tied to the alleged interception of oral communications involving her ex-husband, plastic surgeon Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein. Glidden was previously arrested, posted bond, and pleaded not guilty while requesting additional time to file legal motions, including a possible dismissal and a jury trial.  Aaron Phypers ordered to pay widower $160K amid Denise Richards divorce

Aaron Phypers, the estranged husband of actress Denise Richards, has been ordered to pay more than $160,000 to widower Rupert Perry following a business dispute.

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge issued a default judgment requiring Phypers to cover damages, interest, and additional costs tied to stem cell treatments Perry’s late wife, Elina Katsioula‑Beall, received at Phypers’ now‑defunct wellness center.

Perry alleged that Phypers promised a partial refund if the treatments failed, but no repayment was ever made before Katsioula‑Beall’s death in 2024.

Court documents detail that Katsioula‑Beall underwent the costly procedures in 2023, spending $126,000, only to later discover her tumors had grown.

Despite repeated requests for a $63,000 refund, Perry claimed Phypers ignored them. Perry’s lawyers argued that Phypers’ conduct was intentional and caused undue hardship.

While sources close to Phypers denied responsibility, insisting he acted only as a middleman, the court ultimately sided with Perry, awarding him damages and interest totaling $160,483.97.

This ruling comes amid Phypers’ ongoing divorce from Richards, which has been marked by financial disputes and public setbacks.

The pair were evicted from their Calabasas home in late 2025 over unpaid rent, though Phypers later secured temporary spousal support and legal fees from Richards.

His legal troubles add to a turbulent personal history, including a brief marriage to actress Nicollette Sheridan before his relationship with Richards.
