 BAUCHI STATE POLICE COMMAND   PRESS RELEASE POLICE ARREST 19-YEAR-OLD WOMAN FOR ALLEGED ATTEMPTED MURDER OF HUSBAND BY POISONING IN BAUCHI The Bauchi State Police Command wishes to inform the general public of the arrest of Aisha Musa, a 19-years-old housewife, for allegedly attempting to poison her husband, name withheld, in Gwamma Village, Bauchi Local Government Area. Accordingly, on 12th August, 2026 at about 1515hrs, the suspect, who is said to be a bride of about 40 days, allegedly introduced a poisonous substance into her husband’s meal. Subsequently, at about 1940hrs on the same day, a distress call was received from anonymous lady residing at Wunti Dada Area, Bauchi, reporting the incident to the Police.
