 Russian military kill Ukrainian troops in ambush – Zelenskyy Russian forces killed several Ukrainian troops in an ambush in the city of Toretsk. This was disclosed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in a post on his X account on Easter Sunday. Zelenskyy, who did not mention the number of Ukrainian troops killed, said: “In the Toretsk direction, our warriors, unfortunately, were caught in a Russian ambush. There are fatalities.” According to the Ukrainian leader, those responsible for the attack will certainly be eliminated. “The Russian military who committed this will be destroyed,” he vowed. This development comes just days after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced what he described as an “Easter ceasefire” from April 19 to April 21. Ukraine and Russia have been at war for over three years as of today. Thousands of casualties have been recorded in both neighbouring countries.

     Movie Producer Vanessa Nkeiru Ugoala,is set to release a new movie into the Nigerian market.She is the owner of Nessa Studio and her studio is bringing entertainment to Abia state,cos she comes from Abia state.The Movie is all about an orphan from a wretched home,who was frustrated in so many ways.She became very unfortunate in everything she does,her faith became twisted,her life was confused that her friends started mocking her.The title of the movie is called 'Twisted Faith''.I had a chat with the female producer this morning,and below was our conversation.

Reply : The Movie Twisted Faith is set to be released in a months time.
Question: Will it be shown in the cinemas?
Reply: It will be shown in the cinemas because the movie,the story-line is cinemas standard.
Question: Most producers do take their movies Enugu,Asaba,Owerri and Lagos to shoot their movies,why did you decide to take your movie to Abia state?
Reply: I decided to shoot my movie to Abia state to show the world that Aba is a safe place to shoot movies and do business.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
