 South Africa accuses Israel of defying UN court’s orders on Gaza South Africa formally accused Israel of failing to adhere to three legally binding orders from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), submitting an evidence dossier to the world body, the Department of International Relations and Cooperation announced, Anadolu Agency reported. “Regrettably, Israel has not complied with the Orders,” Pretoria stated in a filing Tuesday, asserting that it will continue to pursue “all avenues available” to ensure Tel Aviv’s full and immediate adherence to the Genocide Convention. South Africa warned that the rights of Palestinians in Gaza may be “destroyed before it renders its final decision,” a situation it claimed threatens the “legitimacy of the ICJ itself.” The dossier notes that as of August, at least 73,407 Palestinians have been killed and 174,335 injured, representing “over 10% of the Palestinian population.” Miscarriages have increased The report also said that since the ann...

A MAN USED BLADE TO KILL HIS WIFE BEFORE TURNING THE WEAPON ON HIMSELF. (PHOTO).

Police were called to Pandola Avenue and Essington Road when people in the neighborhood saw a man chase a woman from a home in broad daylight and began to attack her with his blade. The man then turned the weapon on himself.


The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Melissa Aud-Headlee. The assailant has been identified as her 32-year-old estranged husband Michael Aud-Headlee.

Both were taken to an area hospital where they both passed away.


Police report the couple's 3-year-old child was home at the time but thankfully was unharmed. It is reported he saw the attack. 


One of the eyewitnesses filmed Michael after the attack on Melissa. There is absolutely no way they could have intervened as they would no longer be here if they did. They filmed for evidence while waiting on 911. The video is absolutely nothing I could share here. 


A woman who knows an eyewitness to the altercation reached out and wants to shed light on how often this can happen when individuals are trying to separate from their significant others during a divorce. "It's senseless and happens all too often," she stated. 


Our thoughts are with both families at this time. Melissa was reportedly an excellent mother, friend and sweet to everyone. Our thoughts are with all of their children.
