 Site Engineer Killed in Delta by Employees After Discovering Large Sum of Money in His Account A gruesome murder has shaken the community in Delta State, Nigeria, where a site engineer, Chigozie Udalor, was killed by his employees after they discovered he had a substantial amount of money in his bank account.¹ According to the police spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, the incident occurred on December 10, 2024, when Udalor's cousin, Hyacinth Nnalue, reported him missing. Nnalue stated that Udalor was the site manager at his fish pond in Bod camp Akwukwu Igbo community. The police launched an investigation, which led to the arrest of two suspects, David Tacho and Daniel Orshio, on March 31, 2025. Tacho was caught attempting to withdraw money from Udalor's account using his phone. Preliminary investigations revealed that all four suspects, including two still at large, Pius Daniel and Victor Tacho, were employed by Udalor. King West, the son of the new National Union of Road Transport Workers NURTW president, Musiliu Akinsaya, better known as MC Oluomo, has congratulated him on his new appointment


We reported on Saturday that MC Oluomo had emerged as the new National President of the NURTW.

Before his victory, MC Oluomo was the former chairman of NURTW, Lagos State Chapter, before he emerged as National President.


Reacting to his father’s win via his Instagram story, he noted how he is officially the son of the president of NURTW Nigeria. Congratulating his father, he appreciated the president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.


In a now-deleted post, he bragged that he and his family are now controlling the country and not only Lagos.


I am now officially the son of the president of NURTW Nigeria. Congratulations dad!! It’s official.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
