 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. 22 INJURED AS BUS RAMS INTO CELEBRANTS IN GOMBE. (PHOTO).

 22 injur£d as bus rams into celebrants in Gombe


A commercial bus rammed into a Christmas procession in Tumfure community, Gombe, on Christmas Day, injuring 22 people.


The Tumfure community celebrants were on their way to the Government House and Gombe Emir’s Palace for homage when the accident occurred.


Buhari Abdullahi, the spokesperson for Gombe State police, stated that the injured were taken to the Federal Teaching Hospital and Specialist Hospital.


No fatalities were recorded.


The police have launched an investigation.


The Commissioner of Police tasked the Motor Traffic Department to carry out a thorough probe.


Governor Inuwa Yahaya expressed sympathy to the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) and the victims, pledging to cover medical expenses.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
