 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. CHIDI LIOYD RELEASED ON BAIL.

Chidi lloyd: released on bail        Chidi Lloyd has been released by the Nigerian police command in Rivers state six days after detention over a fatal traffic accident that led to the death of police sergeant Urang Obediah and Kingsley Ejeuo on Emehuo axis of the East-west road.One of Chidi Lloyd's lawyers,Emenike Ebete confirmed the law maker's release.He said Lloyd was granted an administrative bail with the condition that he must deposit his international passport.Lloyd was required by the police to provide two sureties,one of whom must deposit a certificate of occupancy of a landed property in Port Harcourt.The Rivers police commissioner Mbu Joseph had accused the law maker of murder of murder and even accused Governor Chibuike Amaechi of planning to smuggle him out of the state.Lloyd's lawyer said that asfter the accident,the driver of his client's,surrendered himself to the police.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
