 No good deed goes unpunished.  A Florida sea tow captain saved a man from a burning ship only to be shoved overboard and have his boat stolen. This shocking incident occurred near Marco Island on March 6th. On that date, a call went out regarding a burning boat. The captain of a sea tow boat heard the distress call and rushed to provide aid. He was able to quickly locate the burning boat and  discovered 40-year-old, Ryan Deiter, and his dog onboard the burning ship. Wasting no time, the captain of the sea tow boat was able to maneuver alongside the distressed boat and begin efforts to extricate Deiter and his dog from the doomed vessel.  Eventually, the sea tow captain was able to pull both Deiter and his dog onboard the tow boat. However, once Deiter was pulled to safety, he repaid a stranger's kindness with treachery.  Deiter shoved the captain from his own boat and fled the scene in the stolen boat, leaving the man who had just risked his own vessel and life...

                      On May 18,Queen Elizabeth officially opened Parliament with a colourful series of events steeped in tradition.The State Opening of Parliament occurs at the begging of each Parliamentary year and is the only regular event to unite the three elements of legislature,the House of Lords,the House of Commons and The Queen together as the Crown in Parliament.Before either House can proceed to public business,The Queen must officially open Parliament by addressing both Houses in The Queen'd Speech.The Speech is not drafted by The Queen,but by the Government,outlining plans and future legislation.The Queen Presented The Queen's Medal for Music 2015 to Oliver Knussen CBE.The prize,established in 2005,is awarded to an outstanding individual or group of musicians who habe a major influence on the musical life of the nation.One of the most distinquished composer-conductors in the world today,Mr Knussen was awarded the Medal for Music last year and received his medal during an audience at Buckingham Palace yesterday morning.More photos below.
