ONE YEAR LATER,GOV. OBASEKI VISIT LATE UWAILA OMOZUWA FAMILY.[PHOTOS].#PRESS RELEASE.

'' I recently visited the family of Late Uwaila Omozuwa and some orphanages, as well as people who have challenges, urging residents to take advantage of the Christmas season to show love to the less privileged in the society. Through the Data to MEGA, we now have a database of ten thousand vulnerable persons and we are sending them gift items across the state.

While speaking to the family of the late Omozuwa, I emphasized that she did not die in vain. The federal and state governments have taken stiffer actions against gender-based violence. We will continue to celebrate Uwa’s life even as we intensify the fight against gender-based violence''-Gov. Obaseki.
