  President Bola Tinubu has identified the creative economy as a pivotal element of his administration’s economic diversification agenda, reaffirming his commitment to positioning Nigeria’s creative sector as a driving force for global influence. The President stated this at the launch of the 2024 Abuja International Carnival at Eagle Square, Abuja. President Tinubu, represented by Vice-President Kashim Shettima, said the carnival reaffirms the essence of who Nigerians are—”a people of culture, a people of art, a people of colour, and a people of shared values”. ‘God help me’ – Tiwa Savage cries for help as she reveals ill health

Popular Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has announced that she is down with sickness.
The singer said she has two pending shows but isn’t feeling well enough.
On her Instagram page, Savage wrote: “God help me, have two shows today and I feel soo sick.”
In another post, the mother of one said she needs “tender loving care.”
She wrote, “Who loves me enough to send me cheesecake ice cream? I need some tender loving care.”

 Tiwa Savage had in October postponed all her performances, saying she has been “instructed to be on strict vocal rest for the next few months.”
