 IGP DECLARES OPEN 2025 NIGERIA POLICE PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICERS’ CONFERENCE …Tasks PPROs on strategic communication, combating misinformation The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, on Monday, December 8, 2025, declared open the 2025 Annual Conference of Police Public Relations Officers (PPROs) of the Nigeria Police Force, held at the Police Resource Centre, Abuja. In his keynote address, the IGP described the annual conference as “a strategic national engagement and a critical platform for strengthening police-public communication, shaping national narratives constructively, and deepening trust between the Police and citizens.” He emphasised that modern-day policing is increasingly defined by public trust, transparency, and the quality of communication between law enforcement agencies and the public, noting that the Public Relations Officers remain central to institutional credibility. BISHOP KUKAH URGES CHRISTIANS NOT TO USE NIGERIA'S CHALLENGES AS JUSTIFICATION FOR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR. (PHOTO).

The Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah, has urged Christians in Nigeria not to forget that they are the light of the world.

In his Christmas message on Wednesday, Kukah said that Christians cannot continue to blame the Constitution, the judiciary, the police, or other public servants for the corruption in our society.

“I appeal to Christians not to forget that we are the light of the world, the city on the hill that cannot be hidden. Christians must not allow the structural weaknesses, the foibles and failures of the Nigerian state, to become an excuse for doing wrong.

“We cannot continue to blame the Constitution, the Judiciary, the Police, or other public servants for the corruption in our society,” Bishop Kukah said.

He noted that corruption is another word for not keeping the words and promises made by Christians at baptism.

“We swore to be faithful to Christ at baptism before we encountered the Constitution. The Constitution is a human instrument with limitations and flaws. However, the Word of God is a divine command and inerrant. Good Christians have the laws of God written in their hearts (2 Cor. 3:3) They need no other law,” he added.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
