ZIMBABWEAN COUPLE DEPORTED OVER SECRET BURIAL OF CHILD IN BOTSWANA A Zimbabwean couple has been deported from Botswana after secretly burying their child without notifying authorities. Motilinah Mpofu and Christopher Ncube were convicted on Thursday of concealing a death after they allegedly dug a grave for their child in the dead of night. The Gaborone court heard the child had died suddenly. Instead of reporting the death to police, health officials, or traditional leaders, the couple quietly buried the youngster and hoped no one would find out. But the secret did not stay buried for long.   Police moved in and arrested the pair. In sentencing, the court ordered that the couple be taken to the Plumtree Border Post for deportation to Zimbabwe.  Top Botswana lawyer Winnie Masitha who offered the couple free legal representation during the trial, confirmed the deportation to BTV News. Masitha believed that the matter should not be viewed only through the lens of crim...

BRIDE’S WEDDING EVE CRASH LEADS TO SHOCKING STAGE 4 CANCER DIAGNOSIS. (PHOTO).

Bride’s wedding eve crash leads to shocking stage 4 cancer diagnosis

What began as a frightening car accident on the night before her wedding turned into a life-changing medical discovery for an Alabama woman.

Melissa Adams, 31, from Owens Cross Roads, said she was on her way home from her rehearsal dinner in November when another vehicle slammed into hers at a stoplight. The collision left her needing emergency medical attention, and it was at the hospital that doctors uncovered something far more serious.

During a CT scan following the crash, medical staff found masses in her body. That was the moment Melissa learned she had stage four cancer.

Recalling the shocking discovery, she said the news completely changed everything in an instant.

Still, despite the devastating diagnosis, Melissa and her fiancé made a decision that spoke volumes about their strength. They went ahead with the wedding the very next day.

She explained that she refused to let the diagnosis take away that special moment from her.

In her words, the illness had already taken so much, and she was determined not to surrender her wedding day too.

Now, months later, Melissa says she is finally ready to begin chemotherapy after what she described as a long and emotionally draining journey to get to this point.

She shared that all she has wanted these past several weeks was a clear treatment plan and something hopeful to work toward.

Looking back, Melissa admitted the signs had been there for some time, but she never imagined cancer was the cause.

Because she had a history of autoimmune issues, she initially believed the persistent pain and discomfort were linked to that condition. Even as the symptoms worsened, she thought it was something she simply had to push through.

At one point, everyday activities became increasingly painful, and even walking started to feel difficult.

Melissa later realized the worsening back pain was being caused by the masses pressing against her organs and affecting her body internally.

As she begins treatment, she is also using her story to encourage others not to ignore persistent pain or unexplained symptoms.

She acknowledged that speaking openly about illness and vulnerability can feel uncomfortable, especially online, but believes honesty can help others who may be going through something similar.

For Melissa, sharing her journey is no longer just about her own healing, it is also about reminding others to listen to their bodies and seek help early.
