 ZIMBABWEAN COUPLE DEPORTED OVER SECRET BURIAL OF CHILD IN BOTSWANA A Zimbabwean couple has been deported from Botswana after secretly burying their child without notifying authorities. Motilinah Mpofu and Christopher Ncube were convicted on Thursday of concealing a death after they allegedly dug a grave for their child in the dead of night. The Gaborone court heard the child had died suddenly. Instead of reporting the death to police, health officials, or traditional leaders, the couple quietly buried the youngster and hoped no one would find out. But the secret did not stay buried for long.   Police moved in and arrested the pair.  Kaduna Commissioner Mourns Death Of Aide Ibrahim Tissan Bossan


The Commissioner for Business Innovation and Technology in Kaduna State, Hon. Patience Fakai, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of her Technical Assistant, Ibrahim Tissan Bossan, describing him as a dedicated, loyal, and selfless public servant whose death is a significant loss to the ministry.


In a heartfelt tribute, the commissioner said Bossan, fondly called "Tissan," was the backbone of her office, known for his unwavering commitment, reliability, humility, and positive spirit. She noted that his dedication helped ensure the smooth running of official activities and brought warmth and unity to the workplace.


According to Fakai, Bossan carried out his responsibilities with exceptional discipline and professionalism, always willing to assist regardless of the time or nature of the task. She described him as a dependable aide who never sought recognition despite his immense contributions.


Beyond the office, the commissioner said Tissan was a humble and compassionate individual who touched many lives through his kindness and became a cherished member of her family.


Reflecting on their final moments together, Fakai recalled that Bossan had performed excellently during an official event on Monday before accompanying her to the airport. She said she never imagined it would be their last meeting.


Describing his passing as a painful loss, the commissioner lamented that Bossan died with many dreams and aspirations yet to be fulfilled.


She thanked him for his years of faithful service to the Ministry of Business Innovation and Technology (MBIT), praying that God grants him eternal rest and rewards his dedication.


"We have lost a gem," Fakai said, adding that Bossan's legacy of commitment, humility, and service will continue to inspire those who knew and worked with him.
