 Unknown individuals looted palliatives at our Owerri rally – City Boy Movement An empowerment programme organised by the City Boy Movement, a support group for President Bola Tinubu, descended into disorder on Saturday when a large crowd surged forward and looted items intended for distribution to beneficiaries across Nigeria's South-East region. The event, held at Heroes Square in Owerri, marked the official launch of the Renewed Hope National Tour and the City Boy Movement South-East Youth Tour and Empowerment Programme on March 14, 2026.  Shebeshxt Faces Attempted Murder Charges in Polokwane Court


Popular Lekompo artist Shebeshxt, whose real name is Lehlogonolo Katlego Chauke, appeared before the Polokwane Magistrates Court on Thursday facing two counts of attempted murder.


The 30-year-old musician was arrested on Wednesday, 11 November 2025, in Bendor, Polokwane, in connection with a shooting incident that took place on 19 October 2025 along Witklip Street in Ladanna.


According to police reports, Shebeshxt allegedly fired several shots at another vehicle during a road rage incident, injuring a 34-year-old man who was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries. His vehicles have since been seized for forensic investigation.


This is not the artist’s first encounter with the law. He has previously faced charges including assault, malicious damage to property, and discharging a firearm in public.


The case has drawn significant public attention, with fans and critics flooding social media to express mixed reactions to the musician’s latest legal troubles.
