Angelina Jolie says her “fighting spirit is finally back” as her children help her rebuild after health struggles Angelina Jolie has spoken openly about how her six children have helped her regain strength after a difficult stretch marked by health challenges and the end of her marriage. Speaking to Variety, the 51-year-old actress said she feels like she is slowly returning to herself again while discussing her new film Couture, which explores illness and identity in a way that closely mirrors parts of her own journey. “I think my fighting spirit is finally back,” Jolie said. “I lost it for a bit. I got kind of taken down a little bit and it’s coming back in large part thanks to my children, who are now older, and encouraging it.” In the film, Jolie portrays an American director working in Europe who receives a breast cancer diagnosis while on assignment for a fashion project.  The story reflects themes that have personal meaning for her, especially given her own decision in...

Bills weigh whether to include OJ Simpson on new Wall of Fame

The Buffalo Bills are weighing whether to include O.J. Simpson on the team’s new Wall of Fame as the organization prepares to open the renovated Highmark Stadium this summer.

Frank Cravotta, the team’s senior vice president of design, told ESPN that a final decision has not yet been made regarding Simpson’s inclusion. The Bills plan to feature dedications to each member of the Wall of Honor on a legend wall outside the stadium in the “Family Circle,” with space for players’ names inside the venue as well. Simpson’s name remained in the previous stadium, but Cravotta said the design team is preparing for both scenarios.

Simpson, who passed away in April 2024 after battling prostate cancer, remains one of the most accomplished players in team history. During his career with the Bills, he led the league in rushing four times and recorded 2,003 yards in just 14 games in 1973, earning NFL MVP and Offensive Player of the Year honors. He was named an All-Pro five times and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985.

Off the field, Simpson faced a series of high-profile legal issues. He was tried for the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman and acquitted in the 1995 criminal case, but later found liable in a civil trial. Years later, he served nine years in prison for armed robbery, kidnapping, and other charges related to stolen memorabilia.

The Bills must decide soon whether to include Simpson among the team’s honored players as the new stadium nears completion.
