DRAMA IN EDO STATE AS FAMILY ALMOST CANCEL BURIAL OVER MISSING EYE OF THEIR DECEASED . (VIDEO/PHOTO).

 Drama in Edo state as family almost cancel burial over missing eye of their deceased 


There was drama in Edo state last Friday after a family almost ordered the cancellation of their loved ones funeral after discovering her eyes were missing.


According to MC Oviakpo, a friend of the husband of the deceased, the family had visited the morgue to collect her corpse on the day of the funeral only to discover that her eyes were missing. Upon inquiry, the morturary attendant claimed that the eye dissolved after some chemicals were used to wash her corpse. The family of the deceased however dismissed this explanation and insisted that the husband of the deceased must provide her body in the complete form he got married to her, meaning her eyes must be in place before the funeral can proceed.


After much argument, a doctor was invited after after examination, he confirmed that the eyes got affected by the chemicals used to embalm her ad also because of her nine-months stay in the mortuary.
