 North to Decide 2027 Presidential Election in Six Months, Says Hakeem Baba-Ahmed Dr. Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, former Special Adviser on Political Matters to President Bola Tinubu, has declared that the northern region will determine its stance on the 2027 presidential election within the next six months. Speaking in a Hausa-language interview alongside Professor Usman Yusuf, former Executive Secretary of the National Health Insurance Scheme, Baba-Ahmed emphasized the North’s pivotal role in Nigerian politics, stating, “No one becomes Nigeria’s president without the North.” Baba-Ahmed asserted that the region is seeking a government capable of addressing its pressing challenges.              I was watching SCREEN DIVA'S on Ebony life TV and i saw Kate Henshaw,Funke Akindele,Rita Dominic and Uche Jumbo exercing in Tinapa hotel Calabar and something just occurred to me that without them knowing,they are showing viewers their real no make face and not the well packaged no make picture they keep posting on the net.though i snapped the picture from the TV i was un-able to capture clearly.more photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
