 NUT Protest : Wike Warns Against Politicising Insecurity The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has warned against politicising insecurity amid protests by the Nigeria Union of Teachers, FCT wing, over the killing and abduction of school staff and children in Oyo State. Teachers stormed the FCTA Secretariat in Abuja to condemn the killing of Michael Oyedokun and to demand the release of abducted pupils and teachers from Community High School, Ahoro-Esinle in Oriire Local Government Area. The FCT minister addressed the protesters on Tuesday, saying the federal government is on its toes working to secure the rescue of the schoolchildren and their teachers. Wike urged protesters to avoid turning the tragedy into a political issue and to give security efforts time to produce results. OPEN LETTER TO BLOGGERS.

    Am so concern how bloggers fight themselves just to get more readers,they go as far as slandering and libeling at the same time just to pull the other blogger down,i find it tacky.Majority of the people that might view your blog, view it because they are interested in your write ups but for you to  go to the extent of publishing direct insults to another blogger just to make up for story of the day on your blog, i think is a punch too,to other bloggers.Legally i might handle a case that might serve as an example to guide other bloggers their restriction towards a fellow blogger.Blog with safety and caution and not with the intension to cause harm.Thank you.PINK REPUBLIC.

    I think that everything published made a great deal of
    sense. However, consider this, what if you added a little information? I am
    not saying your content is not good., but what
    if you added a headline to maybe get folk's
    attention? I mean "OPEN LETTER TO BLOGGERS." is kinda boring.
    You might look at Yahoo's front page and note how they write
    post titles to get people to click. You might add a related video or a related picture or two to grab
    people excited about what you've written. In my opinion, it might make your posts a
    little bit more interesting.
