 STATEHOUSE PRESS STATEMENT PRESIDENT TINUBU'S MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO CHIMAMANDA ADICHIE AND HER FAMILY   With a deep sense of grief, I condole with Ms Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, her husband, Dr Ivara Esege, and the entire family on the passing of their son, Nkanu Nnamdi.   As a parent myself who has suffered the loss of a loved one, no grief is as devastating as losing a child.   I empathise with the family at this difficult time, and I mourn this sad loss with them.   Ms Adichie is a literary icon who has brought joy and light to many homes globally, and I pray she and her family find strength in the Almighty in this trying hour.   My prayers are with the family.   Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria January 8, 2026

A 20 YEAR OLD MAN JOSTEN,WAS GIVEN AN OPTION TO MARRY HIS GIRLFRIEND OR FACE 15 DAYS IMPRISONMENT IN TEXAS.

(Facebook)                According to sources,a 20 man in East Texas has jumped into a quickly arranged marriage after a judge told him he had a choice of getting hitched or spending 15 days in jail on assault charge.In July,a Smith County Judge sentenced Josten Bundy to get married to his 19 year old girlfriend as part of his probation,which also included writing Bible verses and getting counselling.The court case stemmed from a February altercation between Bundy and the ex-boyfriend of his girlfriend,Elizabeth Jaynes.Sources said ''Her ex-boyfriend,had been saying disrespectful things about Elizabeth,so i Josten Bundy challenged him to a fight.Josten Bundy challenged Elizabeth ex-boyfriend to a fight and Josten hit his jaw twice.Though her ex-boyfriend don't require medical attention,he went ahead to press assault charges''.Josten Bundy said ''I took matters into my own hands and i know that's wrong.I know i was raised better,but it happened''.At his sentencing hearing,Judge Randall Rogers asked Bundy about the fight.''Is she worth it?'' Judge Rogers asked Bundy,according to the court transcripts.He replied ''well to be honest sir,i was raised with four sisters and if any man was talking to a woman like that,i'd probably do the same thing''.So the judge asked Josten if he will marry Jayne and then he said ''You know as part of my probation,you're going to have to marry her..within 30 days''.If Josten Bundy declined to do the probation,he would be sentenced to 15 days in jail.The couple,who had talked about eventually getting married but did not have immediate wedding plans,said they were happy that they had tied the knot but dis not appreciate being forced into it.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
