 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Unrelated: There is no reason for to assume the white substance belonged to Cheryl, or that she was involved in drug-taking in any way                        32 year old X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini,was photographed by a fashion journalist in a bathroom at the London Coliseum,where she was one of the many star guests at the 2015 British fashion Awards.The photograph pictured reflection from a mirror where she is washing her hands,but in front of her and slightly to the side are the three lines of a white substance,suspected to be cocaine.The photograph was shared on Instagram by a fashion journalist at the awards ceremony,along with the caption ''Sadness in her eyes''.The picture was later removed from the writer's timeline.Sources claimed that Cheryl was entirely unaware of th lines of cocaine,which appears to have been left by a previous guest who also made use of the bathroom.Cheryl has now begun with legal action to stop the photograph in question from circulating.A legal notice has been sent around to prohibit the publication of the photograph,directly from Cheryl's lawyers.One more photo below.                                                                                                                                                 Legal action: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is set to take legal action following the release of a photograph of her in the presence of three lines of white substance in a bathroom during the British Fashion Awards on Monday
