 BAMIDELE OLUMILUA UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, SCIENCE AND TECHNLOGY, IKERE-EKITI RE-A VIRAL VIDEO OF BULLYING OF A FEMALE STUDENT IN BOUESTI It has come to our attention that a disturbing incident involving some  students of the Bamidele Olumilua University of Education, Science and Technology, Ikere-Ekiti (BOUESTI) has surfaced on social media platforms. A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities. Unrelated: There is no reason for to assume the white substance belonged to Cheryl, or that she was involved in drug-taking in any way                        32 year old X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini,was photographed by a fashion journalist in a bathroom at the London Coliseum,where she was one of the many star guests at the 2015 British fashion Awards.The photograph pictured reflection from a mirror where she is washing her hands,but in front of her and slightly to the side are the three lines of a white substance,suspected to be cocaine.The photograph was shared on Instagram by a fashion journalist at the awards ceremony,along with the caption ''Sadness in her eyes''.The picture was later removed from the writer's timeline.Sources claimed that Cheryl was entirely unaware of th lines of cocaine,which appears to have been left by a previous guest who also made use of the bathroom.Cheryl has now begun with legal action to stop the photograph in question from circulating.A legal notice has been sent around to prohibit the publication of the photograph,directly from Cheryl's lawyers.One more photo below.                                                                                                                                                 Legal action: Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is set to take legal action following the release of a photograph of her in the presence of three lines of white substance in a bathroom during the British Fashion Awards on Monday

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
