 A Mother's Day Nightmare in Princeton, Illinois. A 3-year-old boy was struck by gunfire as police burst into a barricaded room, ending a frightening hostage situation. Multiple agencies responded to the Hummingbird Mobile Home Park in Princeton, Illinois, on Sunday, May 10th at 2:42 a.m. The initial call went out as a domestic disturbance but officers discovered much worse.  42-year-old, Anthony Rodriguez, had barricaded himself in a room armed with a knife. Anthony had taken several people as hostages, including Aurora Almanza and her 3-year-old son.  Multiple agencies were on the scene, including the Bureau County Sheriff's Office, Illinois State Police and  the Princeton Police Department.  Authorities attempted to negotiate but ultimately rushed the room when they heard screaming coming from inside.  Officials have reported that officers fired shots as they entered the room.                       According to sources,the Buhari Media Support Group {BMSG} has said that the anti corruption war waged by President Muhammadu Buhari is yielding success which has led to the delisting of the country from the list of corrupt countries as compiled by Transparency International {IT}.In a press statement signed by the group's national coordinator,Muhammad Labbo and the secretary,Cassidy Madueke yesterday wednesday in Abuja,the group said that the campaign is gradually chsnging the image of the country to one where corrupt acts are no longer welcomed.The group added that in the latest ranking of corrupt countries in the world over by TI,the name of Nigeria is conspiciously missing.According to the BMSG,the anti-corruption war of the president,despite the cynicism of partakers in the ruinous looting of the country,is having the desired impact,nationally and internationally and has unmasked the true colour of many prominent persons and wealthy individuals in Nigeria.Well i thank God for this good new.One more photo below.
