 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. EX-GOVERNOR OF PLATEAU ''DARIYE'' HIS TRIAL:DEFENCE MAKES U-TURN TODAY & SHELVES NO-CASE SUBMISSION.{PHOTO}

                 The trial of a former governor of Plateau State,Joshua Dariye,continued on June 14,2016 before Justice Adebukola Banjoko of a Federal Capital Territory,FCT,High Court,Gudu,Abuja,with the defence counsel,G.S Pwul,SAN,telling the court that he has decided to shelve his intention to seek a ''no case'' submission and so would want to open his defence.Dariye is being prosecuted by the EFCC for allegedly siphoning the state's ecological fund to the tune of N1.16 billion.One more photo below.
