 PRESS RELEASE MINISTER OF INFORMATION LEADS HEADS OF AGENCIES TO BROADCASTERS CONFERENCE IN LAS VEGAS In an effort to strengthen broadcast collaborations and form strategic alliances, Minister of Information and National Orientation Mohammed Idris fnipr, has led a delegation of heads of government agencies to the 2025 National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Conference and Workshop in Las Vegas, USA. The NAB event, running from April 5 to 9, carries the theme “The Technology, The Trend, The Future” and will cover a range of topics, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud visualization, the creator economy, and sports production and streaming. 50 CARS BURNT,MANY PEOPLE FEARED DEAD AFTER A OIL TANKER FELL ON LAGOS-IBADAN EXPRESSWAY TODAY.{PHOTOS}.

     The photos I just shared on my blog,are live footage from the scene of the incident which just happened about 45 minutes ago.My reporters said about 50 cars got burnt and about 200 people died as a fuel tanker fell on Lagos-Ibadan expressway,just right infront of Otedola estate,Alausa Ikeja Lagos.Hoodlums are looking for a way to Open Omole phase 2 gate,because that will be the only exit out from that road if you are coming from under or on top of the bridge.But because of the tanker,the top path of the bridge is blocked.Drivers are advised to pass through Agidingbi to Ojodu Berger to connect either to the other side of the express that is cut off.Few years ago,when election is approaching,there was a major accident that happened on that same spot,and alot of people died.Tongues are now wagging that people usually drop ritual food there,and this might be the cause of the accidents on that same spot.From the photo above,you will see the stupid oil tanker that caused the dear lives of this innocent souls.More details later and more photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up. The Appellant is an actor. He acted in a script that he was invited to act by his colleague (PW1), Damilola Adekoya,” he said.
