 LAGOS UNVEILS NATIONAL INTERMEDIATE GAMES’ MASCOT IN READINESS FOR HOSTING COMPETITION  In demonstration of Lagos State’s readiness to host the maiden edition of the National Intermediate Games coming up later in the year, the Lagos State Sports Commission unveiled the Games’ mascot and logo in Ikeja at a brief ceremony. The unveiling, which marked the commencement of activities for the Games, was attended by top state government dignitaries, sports administrators, and enthusiasts from across the length and breadth of the country.       Senator Shehu Sani is ranting this morning,he took to his facebook page to write two sensitive states. The first statement he wrote ''The nation is still using archaic & rudimentary security strategy to confront Banditry;We can’t use 20th century solutions to a 21st century crime.The use of Drones,interceptors & Satellites navigational equipments is indispensable & the time is now''.Then the second statement he wrote ''The Boyish State Governor’s mouthpiece who is yet to condemn the murder and kidnappings of the tourists & condole the families of the deceased,is quick to attack me & blame the victims for not getting permit.Little wonder he is a zip for their Bodybags mentality''.One more photo below.
