 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. 56 ELEPHANTS MYSTERIOUSLY DIED IN BOTSWANA.[PHOTOS].

56 elephants mysteriously die in Botswana
     Authorities in Botswana on Tuesday announced the puzzling death of 56 elephants in the Seronga and Eretsha villages in the North-West of the country, adjacent to the Okavango Delta.
Oduetse Koboto, Acting Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism said veterinary officers have ruled out the possibility of poaching because all carcasses of the elephants were found intact.
“A total of 12 deaths were recorded last week compared to 44 that were registered on March 18, 2020,” said Koboto.
He further said preliminary investigations regarding the cause of deaths are currently ongoing while surveillance operations are underway to trace any more dead elephants.
Communities in Seronga and Eretsha have been cautioned against the consumption of meat of such dead animals, as they may be detrimental to their health and authorities have implored communities to report any sightings of elephant carcasses.One more photo below.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours.
