 Prince Harry leaves African Parks board after charity admitted rangers committed human rights abuses Prince Harry has left the board of African Parks after nearly a decade with the conservation charity, a year after the organization acknowledged that some of its rangers had committed human rights abuses. A spokesperson for Harry, 41, confirmed his departure while emphasizing that his work in African conservation will continue. “The Duke is proud of his 10 years with African Parks and fully supports the ongoing strengthening of its Board,” the spokesperson said. “His commitment to conservation in Africa continues, and he remains a supporter of African Parks’ mission.” Harry first partnered with African Parks in 2016 and became president of the organization the following year. He was appointed to its board of directors in 2023. NUP APOLOGISES TO NGIGE OVER MEMBERS’ UNETHICAL ACTION


The national leadership of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners (NUP) has apologised to the Minister of Labour and Employment, Senator Chris Ngige over an unethical letter written to him by some of its members.


The apology is contained in a letter to the Minister, jointly signed by the NUP National President, Comrade Godwin Abumisi and General Secretary, Elder Actor Zal.


The letter was titled, “Re: Why the Exco of the Federal Civil Service Pensioners Branch led by Sunday Omezi was dissolved: A disclaimer of the letter written by the Caretaker Committee of the Federal Civil Service Pensioners Branch (FCSPB).”


Part of the letter reads: “I refer to your letter Re. No. ML.IB/68/11/125 dated 22nd June, 2021 on the above subjects.


“The leadership of the Nigeria Union of Pensioners hereby dissociates itself from the letter written to you by the membership of the Caretaker Committee of the Federal Civil Service Pensioners Branch (FCSPB), in which you were addressed in the most uncouth language. The action of the Caretaker Committee members was out of sync with the ethos of former civil servants, which they are.”


“The union expresses her profound apology for the action of the membership of the Caretaker Committee and for the embarrassments caused you and steps are being taken to redress the matter.”


“With regard to the dissolution of the former executive of the Federal Civil Service Pensioners led by Comrade Sunday Omezi, the Central Working Committee (CWC) of our union has met and decided to reinstate them and allow them run out their tenure, which will elapse in July 2022.”


“Sir, we want to say emphatically that it is not in the character of our union to disrespect your office and expose you to public ridicule or opprobrium. Once again, we offer our sincerest apology as we pledge our allegiance to you as supervising authority of industrial unions, the Nigeria Union of Pensioners inclusive.”

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
