 Olukoyede Hails CCB Online Asset Declaration The Executive Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ola Olukoyede has described online asset declaration, introduced by the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB as an idea whose time has come and a huge step forward in the fight against corruption. He stated this on Monday, March 30, 2026 in a Goodwill Message at the opening of a national workshop themed:  “Strengthening Compliance with the Code of Conduct for Public Officers in Nigeria and the Deployment of the Online Assets and Liabilities Declaration Systems (OALDS)”,  in conjunction with the European Union, the Federal Ministry of Justice and International IDEA. NIGERIA OVERTAKES IRAQ AS COUNTRY WITH HIGHEST ATTACKS BY ISLAMIC STATE TERRORISTS.(PHOTO).


  Jihad Analytics, a consultancy company which processes data on global and cyber jihad says Nigeria now has the highest number of attacks by the Islamic State (IS).
According the report, half of the attacks claimed by IS since the beginning of 2022 were in Africa, while the Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP), an affiliate of IS, is now more active in Nigeria.

Data by Jihad Analytics showed that while Nigeria has recorded a total of 162 IS operations since January 2022, Iraq has recorded 120.

“Since the beginning of the year, the Islamic State has conducted half of its attacks in #Africa,” the company wrote in a tweet on Friday.
